Requests for prescription drugs can be sent by email recepty.cedo@vfn.cz.
The prescription will be issued only to patients who regularly visit the endocrinology clinic.
An acute prescription request must be addressed by telephone or in person.
Issuance of a request
A request for a request for a specialized examination can be sent by email zadanky.cedo@vfn.cz.
The application will be issued only to patients who regularly visit the endocrinology clinic on the basis of the doctor's indication.
Reservation:
We ask that you cancel the appointment if you are unable to attend. In case of repeated canceled reservations, a personal agreement is required. Acute reservations are only possible by personal arrangement.
